1940's Silk Hand embroidered blouse

A much loved vintage silk "Tourist Souvenir Blouse" from my Grandmother's closet. It has had front and back small vertical darts added by my Grandmother, then one of the back ones has been removed. There are stains in the armpits, a stain in the front by the pocket and some small spots in other places (see pictures). In some spots the stitching has given out from age. At some point in time a strip of fabric has been added around the bottom. It has not been washed or dry-cleaned in decades.
