1950s Atlas, History Teaching Atlas: British and World History, Wheaton 1955

This vintage school Atlas is, "History Teaching Atlas: and Notebook of British and World History from the Earliest Times to 1938", by C. K. Brampton, published by A. Wheaton & Co. in 1955. It has blue cloth soft covers with red and black lettering and graphics on the front cover. It has 67 pages of maps in color depicting population, politics, ancient civilizations, routs of explorers, climate, etc. in addition to geography, and an Index. It is in quite good condition. The only real issue is the damage to the covers. They are heavily suntanned. They also have wear staining and are beginning to curl. The inside pages are in very good unmarked condition.
