1950s Cotton Lilac Sundress

This is a gorgeous crisp cotton 1950s summer dress in a pale purple shade. She has matching ric-rac trim, and a hand-finished hem with room to let down. No maker’s label or tags - it was likely homemade. No rips, holes, or tears. She has minor flaws that are consistent with age (a small discolouration spot near back darts, and two areas of uneven skirt gathering - pictures are attached). Both are difficult to see within the fullness of the skirt. She fastens smoothly with a metal zipper and is in great condition for her age.
