1950s Yellow Lace Dress

Handmade 1950s bridesmaid dress in fantastic condition. This butter yellow lace sheath is lined with polyester taffeta in the same colour, with cream ribbon trim at the neck and the back of the skirt. Measurements: 17 in armpit to armpit, 13.5 in waist, 18.5 in at widest part of hip (7 in below waist). Front length 42 in. Fits snug with no stretch - based on measurements, it would probably suit someone with a small to medium bust and slim torso. The bateau neckline covers the collarbone, and the skirt stands out slightly on either sides of the hips to give a high rounded hip line. Note that there are a few faint marks on the front skirt, a blue mark on the front collar and a pin mark on the back collar.
