1950s cotton skirt, black and white skirt

1950s black and white cotton skirt with fun & unusual polka dot print. This skirts are great staples to have in your wardrobe - they are easy to style and wear. Perfect for spring and summer too! This cutie looks to be homemade and has beautiful details. The skirt is not quite full, so there is no room for a crinoline.
