1950s vintage gold brocade dress

Vintage dress, originally purchased on etsy. I had the waist taken in, it now measures about 26”, bust is 34”, total length is 38”. I’m about 5 foot 6 and it hits just above my knee. The waist is slightly too small for me now unfortunately
