1951 Pacific Silver Cloth lined cutlery case, silver plated flatware storage box

A sizeable flatware storage box, the body made of wood and with solid brass side handles, front drop handle and empty plaque on the lid. The inside lined with a chocolate brown anti-tarnishing cloth and white satin, perfect for sterling silver or silver plated flatware. The outside lacquered. Condition: With crackling to the finish. With deep scratches and significant wear to the outside, the bottom marked for 1951.
