1960/1970's Maryland Enamel Cloisonne State Charm

I have a bunch of these new charms. New old stock stored in an old popcorn bag for the last 50 years. Illinois souvenier charm measures approx .8" x approx .9" It is made of hard enamel with a metal back. A lot or most of these are from Japan and these are from Taiwan. I can't 100% confirm about the time-frame but I am pretty sure based on my research. Anyone know different let me know please. It is a Souvenier Cloisonne Enamel Charm on Original Card. The charm reads; Maryland, Baltimore, Annapolis, Potomac r. These are super collectible and some of them are more rare because they were made with different colours, then some of the same states.
