1960/70's Red Kentucky Souvenier Cloisonne Enamel Charm

I have a bunch of these new charms. New old stock stored in an old popcorn bag for the last 50 years. Kentucky souvenier charm measures nearly 1" x approx .6" It is made of hard enamel with a metal back. A lot or most of these are from Japan and these are from Taiwan. I can't 100% confirm about the time-frame but I am pretty sure based on my research. Anyone know different let me know please. It is a Souvenier Cloisonne Enamel Charm on Original Card. The charm reads; Frankfort, Louisville, Kentucky These are super collectible and some of them are more rare because they were made with different colours, then some of the same states.
