amazing true Vintage Psychedelic skirt flower petal hem skirt 1960s intricately designed swirled circle skirt with scalloped flower petal hem 😍 stunning black&white& Psychedelic hot pink royal purple neon lime green Paisley pattern the way this one moves when you twirl 💃 is worthy of flamenco&ruska gipsy dance the original waist band has been removed (I assume because it was too small for it's former owner) and replaced with a sturdy but obviously hand stitched(in white) elastic waist band. wearable in this condition,part of the original zipper is still there but not visible when the skirt is being worn,a good seamstress or tailpr could easily add a proper waist band but I sort of liked it like this with the alterations it's had over time, gives it more character plus it can be easily covered with your shirt if you didn't want the hand stitching being visible. fits size small- to -medium fabric is in amazing condition for it's age it's a medium heavy polyester blend, not like the super itchy polyester stuff but still polyester fabric. beautiful Psychedelic skirt rare to find in thrifting circles this fabric would also be amazing for someone who's into upcycling things perfect also for festivals as is
