1960s Weimar Made in GDR Pedestal Plate

This is an excellent condition. as you will see the pedestal has come off. I did not reattach as it would be easier to ship as is. In the last two pictures you will see two extremely faint dark spots, very difficult to see. 12.5 in in diameter, and total height 6 in.
