A vintage cut sewing pattern by Simplicity 8418. Young Junior/Teens' Skirt in Two Lengths and Mini-Pantskirt/Culotte. Waist 24, Hip 33.5, 1969 U.S.A. From the back of the envelope: A "How to Sew Pattern" : The skirt views 1 and 2 and the mini pant skirt views 3 and 4 with patch pockets have side zipper and waistband. View 1 is regular length. Views 1 and 4 have shaped pockets with button trimmed flaps. Mini length view 2 has round pockets. View 3 has topstitched contrasting round pockets with flaps. All pieces are there and have been cut, instructions are included. Please see all photos. Please note that the envelope has some tears.
