1970's Albert Nipon Vintage Black Sheer "Executive Dress" with lace and satin

Rare vintage 1970's Designer "Executive Dress" by Albert Nipon. Beautiful Sheer fabric body with fun oversized floral lace collar, lines with black satin, along with Black satin cuffs and buttons on cuffs and up the back. Soft pleats on the front of the skirt and shoulder pads. A couple of very subtle runs but otherwise in great condition for a piece this age! Marked as Size 12 but fits a 5 or 6.
