1970s Handcrafted Newspaper Collage Sculpture of a Reclining Figure with Hat

This is an incredible one of a kind artistic piece sourced at an estate sale. The piece is entitled “Sleeping it off”. The sculpture is a person lying on the ground with a bottle in hand. Materials are paper mache, wood and plaster. On the underside of the piece it indicates this was made in 1979/80. A wonderful unique timeless piece of art in incredible condition for an item that is 46 years old.
