Here’s a very pretty and girlie chiffon dress by Pierre Cardin along the lines of the more feminine pieces he was doing for stars like Mia Farrow. While the fabric is soft and pretty , the cut is pretty sexy - wit a back that dips very low and a cinched in waist. I love the halter cut and the ruffles that ring the neck and the bottom hem.
