❤ 1970's Sesame Street Brownstone almost complete, for age set is in nice shape

❤ 1970's Sesame Street Brownstone very hard to find these and this one is almost complete and for age this set is in nice shape!! Graphics are quite good. Does have some damaged spots to plastic ect, main one is the handle/latch, (which is quite common on these sets, often the whole handle is missing) While it no longer can lock in place, it still closes and can be picked up/carried. Some of the characters show more wear than others, * the only pieces missing from this original set are: white chalk, small yellow chalk eraser and cookie monster figure, however the count figure has been added in his place, so comes with same number of characters as original. As well an extra chair is included for replacement of the original with broken side arm and I've included a postal delivery mail truck as a bonus since the playset has the mail box * sold as is*
