1970s teal HILO HATTIE maxi

1970s sky blue HILO HATTIE 🌺 maxi dress with fabulous statement sleeves. The blue is so VIBRANT and really makes a statement 💙 The sleeves are really cool! They have slits all the way up to the shoulders. I suppose you could tie them together if you liked, but I really loved how they moved just draped down the arms Unlined.
