1970s vintage maxi dress high neck bell sleeves

Such a cool 70s dress! The top half is a high turtleneck with bell sleeves in a stunning bright colourful orange floral print, empire waist, back zipper and two clasps for the neck. The skirt is A-line solid brown maxi length. This is a handmade dress. Super unique and fun! This would also look amazing as a mini if you wanted to cut the skirt. No tags, but definitely polyester, and best fits a medium. There is stretch, but see photos for measurements. Excellent condition.
