1977 Brass Belt Buckle Mallard Ducks Distressed Retro Bergamot Brass Works

Heavy brass buckle featuring 2 ducks in motion. Metal is tarnished and looks gray/silver, but its stamped Bergamot Brass Works. The buckle is speckled with white paint. I've tried removing paint with qtips and a toothbrush, but I haven't had much luck. It's still a great piece, and it would polish up nicely if you prefer that look.
