He is known as Mr. Greedy and made by Roger Hargreaves. You can tell it is a PVC from Arby's due to the stamp on the bottom of his foot. He is a large purple blob that has one hand in the front and another behind his back. Mr. Greedy mini figure has black eyes and a huge open mouth smile with his tongue sticking out.
