The only thing that could make this top even cooler would be if the shoulder pads were never removed, but what can you do.... Behold the funkiest 1980s top! Tease your hair (higher) and slap on some blue eyeshadow and you'll almost be ready to pull this off. It has two rows of buttons, very fancy. Wear it buttoned tight like a blouse or leave it open and flapping in the breeze like a vest. No size tag but it fits me and the mannequin without any issues so we're calling her an XS
