1980's Black Lace and Sequin Ruffle Shoulder Steppin' Out Party Dress

A 1980's black lace Steppin' Out dress with sequinned neckline. The condition is very good, there is some stretching to the lace at the hem as shown. The bodice and skirt material is bubble style with a degree of stretch. The dress fits a modern size 12, and measures 38" bust, 33" waist, 40" hips, 42" in length, from nape of neck to hem.
