1980's Black Off the Shoulder Cowl Draped Exclusively Gantos Dress

A 1980's black off the shoulder Exclusively Gantos party dress, in excellent condition. The shoulders have cowl style pleating as shown. The dress fits a modern size 6, and measures 35" bust, 28" waist, 37" hips, 37" in length from nape of neck to hem.
