1980s Designer Dress, Size S, Howard Wolf Black & White Paris Chic Dress

One of a kind "Parisian" 1980s dress made in the USA by Howard Wolf. Black and white with striped panels, inner lining, crinoline skirt and detachable belt with floral detail. In very good condition except for some little stains on the ends of the petals of the belt flower. Approximately a US size 4-6.
