1980’s Homemade Black Polkadot Peplum Blazer

I was going to keep this darling blazer but sadly she’s slightly too big. Major shoulder pads which can be easily removed (they’re attached by Velcro strips). The polka dots are velvet! Double breasted style buttons. Jacket isn’t lined so all seams are exposed. Since it’s homemade I’m unsure of the fabric, very lightweight though. So many ways to style this blazer; pair with blue jeans or black slacks like in photos above, or pair with a darling dress. Fits medium best but refer to measurements below. On size small model.
