1980s (M) Dress, Vertical Stripe Dress by TOBI

Vintage long sleeve striped dress by TOBI. Royal blue with red, yellow, and light blue skinny stripes. Semi sheer. 100% polyester, made in Canada. Subtle puff shoulder, pleat details at sides of chest, skirt and sleeves. Cute decorative oversized buttons at shoulder. Hidden snap closures on one shoulder. Has loops at waist for a belt. Tag says size 5/6, but it fits me and I’m an 8. Please see measurements and compare to a dress of your own. Measurements lying flat: Armpit to armpit 17” Shoulder to hem 37.5” Waist 15” (elasticized - stretches to 17.5”) Wrist cuffs (buttoned) 3.5” Excellent condition.
