1980s Modernist Karl Lagerfeld Structured handbag

This is a rare and special piece from the 1980s This is a structured handbag that has two separate compartments separated by an accordion fold. The bag opens when the metal clasps are released. There is a zippered inner pocket. Lined with monogram jacquard. There are a few similarly styled bags on the market that are belt bags. This is a larger more substantial structured handbag. The condition of the leather has been better preserved than listings I’ve seen of the KL bags of this genre.
