1980s OTAGIRI Ironstone Handpainted Fruit Basket Pattern Pieces

Three vintage Fruit Basket pattern pieces with incised Otagiri mark including: • Napkin Holder 4.5" tall 6.5"wide x 2.5" deep  • Salad Plate 8.5" • Coupe Cereal Bowl 6" The Fruit Basket pattern is a discontinued pattern featuring multicolored fruits, including apples, pears, grapes and strawberries, as well as an embossed basketweave design. Otagiri imported wares from many Japanese kilns/companies. Most were marked with an OMC sticker. However some were produced especially for Otagiri and have an incised mark or a transfer mark with Otagiri. These appear to have been made around the mid 1970's to mid 1980's.  Excellent condition M3-3
