1980's One Shoulder White Party Dress Ruffled Shoulder

An asymmetrical 1980’s white party dress, with a ruffled shoulder. There is an extra ruffled cuff, likely meant as the other sleeve. The bodice is cut asymmetrically. The material is synthetic, possibly a polyester taffeta. It closes up the back with a zipper. It fits a size 2, and measures 31” bust, 25” waist, 37” hips, 49” in length from nape of neck to hem.
