**FREE SHIPPING** Fun and flirty one shoulder 80s party dress. Fabric is royal blue with a subtle sheen. Has cute velvet polka dots, flower detail, two-tiered midi skirt, back zipper, puffed short sleeve with removable shoulder pad and one spaghetti strap on the other side. Label is "La Mode by Radyka." No fabric information or care instructions. Material is lightweight with no stretch. Approximately a US size 6. Please compare measurements to a dress of yours that fits well. Measurements lying flat: 17.25" armpit to armpit 14" natural waist 17" skirt waist (where top meets skirt) 20" shoulder to skirt waist 42.5" total length (shoulder to bottom hem) Overall in fantastic condition with no rips, stains, holes, etc. The skinny black lace border on the two-tiered skirt is missing in a few places, but it's not very noticeable (and could be easily removed or replaced.)
