Solid black 1980s midi length ruffle dress. Has two-tiered midi skirt, ruched torso, no zipper (pull on over head), slightly puffed long sleeves with removable shoulder pads. Label is Sensations. Material is lightweight polyester and will stretch. Made in Canada. Tag size 11/12. Measurements lying flat (without stretch): 17.5" armpit to armpit 14.5" natural waist 24” arm length (can be pushed up as shown) 40" total length (shoulder to bottom hem) In very good, clean condition with no rips, stains, holes, etc. This dress would also look cute shortened to a mini!
