1980's Upcycled Vest size 10

1980's Vintage Upcycled Vest size 10 it was a skirt from 1980's which I upcycled it to a Vest, added a button and braided silver colour elastic for shoulder straps and silver-white with sequined lace to the bottom it has a small spot discoloration in front which due to its busy pattern not noticeable fabric was a gift from 1970's fabric looks like tyedie overall in great vintage condotion Prices reduced!
