Fabulous vintage 1980’s bright neon yellow jacket with big buttons and a big collar. This is a silky cotton. It has gathering at the shoulders and big button tabs above the sleeve cuffs, front pockets and a button tab detail in the back. Fully lined. No tag, but I would call this a size small.
