Cute vintage day dress from the 1980s in teal/aqua with white floral print by Lady Carol Petites. It features an accordion pleated skirt; matching belt; 3/4 buttoned cuff sleeves; shoulder pleats that drape down for a slightly puff yet streamlined arm detail; crewneck with back button closure and light shoulder pads that can easily be removed if needed.
