1980s Vintage girl’s skirt by Canadian designer Elen Henderson. Girl’s size 14

Luxurious deep blue velvet skirt with high waistband featuring crystal trim. Soft pleats at waist and pintuck detail along lower part of skirt. Soft white lace peeks out from the hem. Bundle it with the co-ordinating Edwardian-style lace blouse. Originally purchased at Holt Renfrew. Beautiful fabric; quality construction. Excellent condition.
