1980s Vintage sapphire blue gown with lace shawl (2 pieces) - PRICE DROP

This stunning sapphire blue gown is in like-new condition, and it is a sure eye-catcher -- you will definitely be the only person wearing this dress, whether at prom, a gala event, or any other occasion that warrants such a unique set. The gorgeous floor-length dress set dates back to the early 1980s, and it is impeccable condition - it looks fresh and new, while being delightfully retro! Note that the dress and shawl are two separate pieces, which can be worn together or independently. The main body of the dress features a deep neckline and double spaghetti shoulder straps that cross in the back. The empire waist and pleated length extends from the bust to the floor. The body of the dress features the original zipper, in perfect condition. The separate top piece is a delicate crop-length lace shawl, which accentuates your neck with a slightly extended top portion, and offers original rounded buttons from top to bottom on the back. The primary garment fabric is pleated polyester from the shoulder straps to the floor. The lace shawl is free of any snags or tears, with all original, undamaged blue buttons. The dress is marked as a size 6, but runs a bit small in the bust (I wouldn't recommend it for anyone larger than a B-cup). This dress is so beautiful and it breaks my heart to part with it, but it's never going to fit my chest. 😂 I'd rather it go to someone who can show it off in the way it deserves!
