1980s v-neck wool blend dress. Subtle puff sleeves with cuffs at elbows. Pulls down over head (no zipper or buttons.) Could be worn with or without a belt. Union made in Canada be ELL-Jay Junior. In very good vintage condition with no rips, stains or holes. Clean and ready to wear. Approximately US size 10.
