1980s black dress with velvet top and lace bottom

Beautiful 1980s black dress by Ann Young. It's made out of 100% Viscose. It features diamond straps (one small diamond is missing) and a plunged waist. The top is more of a velvet feel and the bottom is a lace with an under slip. The dress ties up in the back with a zipper and fishhooks. Measurements taken laid flat :  Pit to pit : 19’’ Waist : 15.5’’ Hips : Free Pit to hem :  42’’ REFUND POLICY :  Refunds are accepted, as long as the item is shipped back, within 3 days of the Canada Post delivering a notice.
