1980s bright blue embossed pure silk midi dress

1980s blue silk dress with large batwing sleeves and a draped neckline. there are belt loops but no belt...try a scarf sash in a contrast colour! it is so breezy and easy to wear but still looks really fancy. i love the ruching at the shoulders! bust measurement is free, waist is 16" (non stretch), hips 23", total length 51" (hits lower to mid-calf)
