1982 Care Bears Grumpy Bear Figure Poseable PVC 3.5" Vintage Collectible is a grumpy fella, but still in good condition. This Care Bear is blue with a grumpy expression on his face. His tummy stamp is of storm clouds raining red hearts. On the back he has his small red heart stamp. Overall he is in good condition. This Care Bears figure does have some marks that can likely be removed and some paint missing (See photos), he is a 42 year old 80s toy figure made of PVC and standing at 3.5" tall.
