1985 Sony ICF-C220W Dream Machine Radio AM/FM Dual Alarm Digital Clock Taiwan

A very 1980s alarm clock radio - The Sony Dream Machine model ICF-C220W with an eye-catching triangular shape. It has Am / FM Radio, a red digital clock and dual alarm function. I plugged it in and it looks the be working well, the buttons to set the times are a little slow to operate. With a North American power plug, operates at 120V / 60 Hz / 6W - if you wanted to use this in Europe you´d have to use a power converter! Condition: With marks of age and use, including a break to the antenna wire, and greenish deposits to the clock backup battery connection - which I don´t think works. It looks like this design came without a battery cover (the 9V block battery hooks into place) Size: ca 9 1/4 x 5 x 4" (23.5 x 13 x 10 cm)
