1986 Hot Looks Doll Chelsea 18" Yellow with Black Polka Dot Outfit Vintage HTF was all the rage back in the mid eighties. The main Hot Looks doll was Steffi and Chelsea was one of her friends. This Hot Looks Chelsea doll has long ash blonde rooted hair with bangs. Her eyes are blue and she has pink lips. Chelsea is wearing white earrings with a faux black watch and pink glittery bangle. Her outfit is an official Hot Looks matching yellow with black polka dots top and skirt, which is hard to find. Underneath, her sewn on bathing suit is pink with pink ribbons on the back. She does need a thorough bath, which is great that she is a poseable cloth doll. The doll does have some dirt on the back of her legs and feet that should come out after cleaning (See photos).
