1990's 8 men's ankle Vintage Canadian military parade dress boots steel toe

Vintage parade army or cadet boots with steel toe. Produced in the 1990's they have a classic ankle height dress boots from the Canadian military. They are marked size 8E. The insoles measure 10.5 inches and are marked 260. The size is between 8-8.5 US Men's. There is signs of use on the sole. There are not cracks or cuts in the leather.
