1990’s Andre Black Felt Hat with Feathers

Andre is a Canadian designer brand - it's top quality. The hat band is luxe satin, and the body is black wool felt hat. It measures a hat size 7. I'm an average head size and it fit great. Perfect fancy hat for Fall or (even a funeral). It's in excellent condition - original posher shipped it beautifully to protect the shape - and I'll do the same. I only needed this for a special occasion and live in a condo with little storage. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Reposhing this item I purchased from @pinchn. Original seller noted the feathers are a bit damaged. They are, but they look like they were meant to be like they are - my friends actually said that part looked extra cool.
