1990's Bill Levkoff Bronze and White Bubble Skirt Party Dress

A late 1990's Bill Levkoff bronze and white bubble skirt party dress, in excellent condition. It looks like the side seams were taken in at some point, but it is hard to say. The shoulder straps are detachable with hooks on the inside of the bodice as shown. The dress is unable to zip on a size 2, and likely fits size 00-0. It measures size 30" bust, 26" waist, 36" hips.
