1990's Blondie and Me Blue Chiffon Formalwear Evening Dress with Sparkle Mesh

A late 1990's to early 2000's navy blue chiffon princess line skater style dress, with sparkle overlay on the bodice, a strappy back and centre back zipper. It is a Blondie and Me by Brunelli brand piece. It fits a modern size 4-6, and measures 34" bust, 28" waist, 38" hips, 32" in length from nape of neck to hem down centre back.
