1990’s Essential USA Floral Mini Dress

Off white fabric with Watercolour floral print, Scoop neck, mini dress, with tie on the back. Lightweight, flowy, fully lined. No size tag. On size small model, so you have an idea of fit, length, etc. IMO would fit medium to large but refer to measurements below. Ptp 18.5” Length 34/35”
