1990s Frank Usher Beaded Silk Black Gown - UK 18

Beautiful Late 90s silk beaded gown. Pictures don't do it justice. Bought for $600 at the time. I only found a couple of beads missing near the seam (tried my best...). Minimal seam stretch on sides (See last 2 pictures for these issues). The sleeves are sheer but the res of the dress is lined. Heavy. The truest size listed is the German one I think. I am a 44 Euro waist (6/28/Medium North American size) and the bottom fits me well. However, I am a small top and the top half of the dress is too big on me. There is some stretch but no zipper or other closures. Measurements: Shoulder to shoulder: 43cm Armpit to armpit: 50cm Waist across (there is a tiny cinch): 43cm Length from front neckline to hem: 138cm. Je parle français :)
