1990's Jordan Navy Chiffon Evening Gown with Back Rosette

A late 90's Jordan brand navy chiffon evening gown with a back rosette and draping, in very good condition. The dress looks like it was altered a bit in the front seams, causing a bit of rippling. It has a union label, one of the "Unite!" style later ones. It fits a modern size 8 mannequin and measures 36" bust, 27" waist, 38" hips, 56" in length.
