1990’s Lucky Brand Denim Cut-Off Skirt

A late 1990’s cutoff denim skirt, by Lucky Brand Jeans. The condition is excellent, it shows little wear. The skirt is quite low rise, and sits closer to the hips than the natural waist. The skirt is shown on a size 4 mannequin, and measures 32” waistband, and is 13” long.
